2024 TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK

What would we do without our awesome, dedicated teachers? Teacher Appreciation Week in 2024 will be May 6-10, 2024. Thanks to the donations given during our donation drive and some generous sponsors, we were able to provide activities each day of Teacher Appreciation Week. The schedule of events were as follows:

Monday (5/6)	Muffin Monday – Muffins and 7 Brew coffee
Tuesday (5/7)	Taco Tuesday – Tacos, rice, beans, chips, salsa & queso (donated by Taco Crave* and La Carreta)*
Wednesday (5/8)	Hungry Humpday – Pulled pork baked potato (prepared by BHS culinary arts* class*)
Thursday (5/9)	Thirsty Thursday -Popcorn and Sonic drinks (popcorn donated by Bryan Premiere Lux Cine)
Friday (5/10)	Friday Surprise – Taco Truck from Raging Bull Street Tacos (donated by First Baptist Church) and Dirty Dough cookies

You can still donate to the Teacher Appreciation Donation Drive to raise funds for activities for Teacher Appreciation Week. If you would like to donate, know that ALL donations from the drive will go towards funding Teacher Appreciation Week.

ONGOING TEACHER APPRECIATION

PTSO has provided Keurig-style coffee makers and coffee making supplies for each of the nine teacher break rooms on the Bryan High campus. In order to keep these break rooms stocked, we are collecting assorted K-cups (coffee, cider, hot cocoa, tea, etc), pump syrup flavorings, water-flavor packets or drops, and storage accessories throughout the year.

We’ll gladly take k-cups, storage systems, syrup pumps…basically anything beverage-bar related! (Even if you have an opened box of a flavor you didn’t love, send it!)

Donated items can be dropped by the front office at Silver or brought to our PTSO meetings.
