August MEETING

Our first PTSO meeting of the new school year will be on Monday, Jan 12 at 6:00 p.m. in the Silver Campus Cafeteria.  

We’ll introduce our new principal, Dr. Bowhuis, hear a little about his vision for the 25-26 School Year as well as answer questions related to changes coming for BHS this year (like the state-mandated no cell phone policy). We will also kick off our membership drive and have our new, 2025-2025 Go Big Blue shirts on sale ($15 for short-sleeved or $20 for long-sleeved) after the meeting.

Parents of Juniors & Seniors, stick around after the meeting for info on Prom (planned by Junior Parents) and After Party (planned by Senior Parents)

Never been to PTSO before, you’re welcome to pop in any time! We don’t expect monthly attendance and are always happy to see new (and regular) faces!. Hope to see you on August 11 at 6 p.m. in the Silver Cafeteria!.

PTSO meets on the second Monday of each month unless otherwise noted by an * due to school holidays or other events. The meetings are held in person at the Silver Campus Cafeteria at 6:00 p.m.

After Party ’25 will be meeting immediately after PTSO meetings. If you are the parent of a senior or a junior, and would like to help celebrate graduating seniors at an all-night event created to promote a safe, supervised, alcohol and drug-free evening, stick around after the PTSO meeting.
